Charles Diale is a Junior Data Analyst at Raltech Solutions, with a strong foundation in data analytics, business analysis, and enterprise IT environments. He focuses on transforming operational and business data into meaningful insights that support informed, data-driven decision-making.

In his role, Charles works with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft data platforms to develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking solutions. His responsibilities include data extraction, cleansing and transformation, data modelling, and visual analysis, ensuring that stakeholders have clear visibility into performance trends and business outcomes.

Charles’ background in technical support and managed IT services gives him a practical understanding of real-world systems and service operations. This enables him to analyse data with strong business context, ensuring insights are accurate, relevant, and aligned to operational realities. His experience includes supporting Microsoft 365 environments, cloud-based solutions, and service desk operations.

He also has a solid grounding in business analysis, supported by his ECBA certification. His strengths include requirements analysis, process improvement, KPI definition, and stakeholder engagement.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Computing, Charles is actively building his analytics portfolio and continuously developing his skills in data visualisation, reporting, and business intelligence, with a clear growth path toward a fully-fledged Data Analyst role.
