Itireleng Shack Marking Project
Raltech Solutions partnered with iProvide, an IT & Consulting business, to develop and implement head counting software for the City of Tshwane Municipality. The project was headed by Vuka Africa Consulting Engineers as they were tasked with providing the City of Tshwane's Human Settlement department with intelligent information regarding the total number of house holds at the Itireleng informal settlement in Pretoria.
The requirement for the project was that the software be accessible online and on-demand by field workers who go from house to house collecting statistical information on the number of people residing on the dwelling.
Our solution was an information capturing system accessible by internet enabled mobile devices which featured image capturing, file uploading and reporting capabilities.
